Daphne was last seen on the morning of July 10 2013 in the area of the 1400 block of 79th Avenue.Her father left her in the car with her 87-year-old grandmother to dash into an East Oakland store for an energy drink. Daphne's grandmother suffers from dementia.
Daphne was wearing an orange two-piece pajama set with pink hearts, and pink socks.
